Please consider that FreeBSD obeys RFC 3021 "Using 31-Bit Prefixes on IPv4
Point-to-Point Links". In the case of /31 addressing, the broadcast address for
such a link is 255.255.255.255.  It's implemented and working fine. Will the
proposed patch respect and not break the RFC 3021 requirements?
