I've rebuilded kernel without VIMAGE. No panic after restart yet. 

P.S: there is still problem with SSH (as I already described in #256538). I'll
debug this issue and create a new bug report when I'll have time for it.
Quick workaround:
# sysctl net.inet.tcp.functions_default=freebsd
# service sshd restart
# sysctl net.inet.tcp.functions_default=rack
