CHROMECAST option should be enable by default. it is helpful for user which
want cast video or audio to chromecast devices. VLC includes this support long
time ago and I think it is well mature and it working well right now. Btw
another vlc binary packages (Linux distros, OpenBSD, NetBSD, etc) include this
support by default.
