Backporting only ffmpeg fixes should be fine (e.g., comment 1). Simple fixes
(like adding "const") only need build testing with old and new ffmpeg and
approval is covered by "portmgr blanket". For complex patches, especially those
that change behavior with old ffmpeg, runtime testing and maintainer approval
maybe required.
