BCM3383 SMP

Hi

I try on SMP on BCM3383 soc.

If I-cache and D-cache off work SMP but very very slow.
But I-cache and D-cache on then hang up at boot.

I think atmic-set or atmic-read not work on this soc.

If you have some advice please let me know.
