The position is for a kernel-oriented generalist. The job would include maintaining Panzura changes, upstreaming some of them, updating / merging to stay current with FreeBSD, developing new changes as needed, occasionally debugging crashes and performance issues. Panzura's own changes are in different areas, but mostly under sys/kern. There is a little bit of everything: VFS, VM, some network stack. Our only platform is amd64. We support a number of hypervisors and cloud platforms, so sometimes there is work on improving that support including drivers for virtualized hardware. If you want to apply please contact kaylee.estes@panzura.com If you have any technical or other questions you can ask me directly. -- Andriy Gapon
