Protectli is looking for FreeBSD kernel developers to assist us in adding
and open-sourcing driver support for hardware that we utilize. Such
projects, and others, include:
- Intel x700-series 10GbE support, Intel i225V 2.5GbE support
- Qualcomm Atheros 802.11ac WiFi chipset support, with MU-MIMO, AP mode,
and Bluetooth support
- Realtek WiFi chipset support, with AP mode support
- PPPoE enhancements for Intel i210/i211 chipsets
- Downstream OS contributions (OPNsense, TrueNAS, etc.)
- Checking off some requests at
