With my 13.2 freebsd with the jvm set to ipv4stack=3Dfalse and the sysctl net.inet6.ip6.v6only set to 0 per the suggested workarounds JDBC was workin= g. But after upgrade to 14.1 that identical configuration no longer works. I get bind errors from the JDBC. I've not found any configuration which lets me run tomcat duel stack and the postgresql jdbc together. I've had to downgrade and no longer support ipv6 = at all. This is a serious matter and it looks like nobody cares about this. Something about FreeBSD's ip address management does not play well with jvms and this has been a long standing issue. I'm going to try 15-CURRENT in many configurations, but at this point I may= hav eto give up on freebsd to run my webservices because it there is no jvm whi= ch properly supports ipv6 on freebsd. --=20 You are receiving this mail because: You are the assignee for the bug.=
