ktrace jexec 1 to jail created on startup, ttyv0

jail 1 has started from /etc/rc via pot service (it is bunch of shell scripts
that calls /usr/sbin/jail to actual jail creation)

jexec 1  from ttyv1 fails, ktrace attached.
