After having to fix _restfpr_14 which had the same issue, build crashes with:
# ghc-pkg (for binary-dist-dir)
Development.Shake.cmd, system command failed
Command line: _build/bindist/ghc-9.6.6-powerpc64-portbld-freebsd/bin/ghc-pkg
recache
Exit code: -11
Stderr:

Build failed.
