Later in the build it gets a memory allocation failure
in llc and fails to finish. (Reminder: targeting armv7
--so, a 32-bit context and process sizes are limited.)

I could try bulk with -w if the tar would contain
appropriately interesting material to look at.

Or I could try to target aarch64 and see how similar
the reported issue may be --without the process size
limitation.
