lang/cython broken on FreeBSD 14?

After a fairly successful FreeBSD 13->14 base system update last week,
I've spent many days updating my ports tree. Quite a few ports that
involve Cython, including some where the involvement is obvious such
as databases/py-sqlite3 and others where the involvement is surprising
and indirect, such as print/tex-dvipsk, failed. I had no idea that
there is a newer version of Cython until I delved into bugzilla. Lo
and behold, updating seems to have fixed all my problems!

There's not a peep about this in /usr/ports/UPDATING. More to the
point, would it be appropriate to add:

BROKEN_FreeBSD_14= Does not work on FreeBSD 14; use lang/cython3 instead.

to lang/cython/Makefile?

(I added a comment about this to bug 281145.) -- George
