Yes.  It's ld80/e_powl.c.  This function was imported from 
OpenBSD and based on Stephen Moshier's Cephes library.  I
fixed a few things in c422fbac00e326e.

Someday, I'll finish my port of the fdlibm src/e_pow.c to
ld80/e_powl.c.  Unfortunately, ENOTIME and ENOMONEY.
