that is too easy :-), without those lines NOTHING comes out via  the serial-over-lan

the thing is that:
	BIOS messages OK
	boot and menu messages OK 
	kernel messages OK
	rc stuff : nothing!!!
then the Login: appears.

setting console=‘comconsole”  there IS video output!! except no boot menu
but serial is all ok, go figure
