Missing freebsd-security-notifications?

My local daily security check reports:

FreeBSD-kernel-12.3_1 is vulnerable:
[... 10 different CVEs!]

And yet I received nothing on freebsd-security-notifications!  Checking
the archives of the list appears to show that nothing has been sent
since the beginning of the year.  Something is wrong with this picture.
