I'm using it since years to send the periodic mails as a nullclient to a smarthost (TLS involved). Works even if the system which uses DMA is booting, has a @reboot entry in the crontab and the smarthost exists in a jail of the same machine (little delay in delivery off course). I haven't used it for something else. Bye, Alexander. -- http://www.Leidinger.net Alexander@Leidinger.net: PGP 0x8F31830F9F2772BF http://www.FreeBSD.org netchild@FreeBSD.org : PGP 0x8F31830F9F2772BF
