I had omitted that in an attempt to solve the problem. But I'll try it
again and report back.

The end result I'm after is to have wlan0 on the internal rfc1918 LAN
and the wired interface (em0) on real dual-stack IPs, *without* routing
between them. The reason there's DHCP in the wlan0 line is because it's
the only way I've managed to get the wireless working (as in associated)
so far.
