Re: Call for Foundation-supported Project Ideas

With the new cell phones , it is difficult to slide to the end of the
displayed mailing list messages .
Change policy about discouraging top posting and convert it to encouraging
top posting and use of
links of previous messages to save the time and bandwidth saving usage .
