Since go@ is not responsive...

Hi portmgr@

I've noticed go@ is not responsive, so I would like to offer my help in 
maintaining lang/go* ports[0] (which I also happen to use, and 
maintaining their updates in overlay locally). So, I'm wondering, if 
it's okay for me to be part of go@, and commit any updates without 
waiting on maintainer-timeout. If so, could you make authorize the 
requisite changes for adding me to go@ alias.
