[PATCH] devel/glade: fix missing USE_GNOME=libxml2

This is now a stale bug as this dependency has been added to the port. Also,
I'm attaching a patch to fix an error found with `poudriere testport`
(stage-qa) about a missing USE_GNOME=libxml2.

After merging this patch, this bug can be closed as fixed.
