the muffin wm is now available in a release 5.4.7

Additional changes, in the patch
- using meson for build
- adding glesv2 to USE_GL
- adding additional options
- removing the wayland port option (not available in muffin since upstream
changeset a0ca0ec8)

This patch would correspond to a patch to be published shortly, for
x11/cinnamon and other ports from linuxmint in updating to a 5.4 series release
