devel/glade-3.38 upgrade

Hi,

I've created a new port for devel/glade in order to get it updated to 3.38 ; the 
whole Makefile had been updated with new options, as glade-3.38 now use 
meson/ninja build mechanism.

The port compile well, and most important glade-3.38 seems to be bug free.

According to the porter handbooks, I send a request to you in order to upgrade 
the port as you're the maintainer.

Question : where to put the files (Makefile, distinfo, pkg-plist ...) ?
