If you're encountering an error when trying to start Firefox after updating to
versions 123 or 124, here are a few troubleshooting steps to help resolve it:

Restart Your Device: Sometimes, a simple restart can clear temporary issues
following an update. <a

Clear Firefox Cache and Profile:

Try clearing the Firefox cache by navigating to about:preferences#privacy and
clicking "Clear Data."
If the error persists, try creating a new Firefox profile by typing
about:profiles into the address bar, then selecting "Create a New Profile."
Update Add-ons and Plugins: Outdated or incompatible add-ons might cause issues
with new versions. Go to about:addons to disable or update them as necessary.

Check for Corrupt Files: Sometimes, files can get corrupted during an update.

Reinstall Firefox from the official website to replace any corrupted files.
This shouldn’t impact your saved data or settings.
Run Firefox in Safe Mode:

Start Firefox in Safe Mode by holding down the Shift key (or Option key on Mac)
as you launch it. This will temporarily disable add-ons and extensions and
could indicate if one of them is causing the issue.
