firefox and icu?

	On a system running:

FreeBSD 14.0-CURRENT #0 main-f0a15aafcb

amd64

	firefox doesn't build because it wants ICU 72, and the current
version is 73.
	Am I the only one seeing this?
	If not: is there a bug id?
	and is there a sense of when it might be resolved?
