Thank you Mark for your inputs, I added the "-j 1".

But it is not the root cause of the problem, because if I build the port using
"make MAKE_JOBS_NUMBER_LIMIT=1" (in /usr/ports/devel/rust-cbindgen), it still
fails with the same allocation error.
