For me, at least, it's happened ~3 times between two boxes.  Certainly not
every time I shut the system down (which probably happens ~3 times/day).  I
haven't done any zscrub's to try and solve it (usually just do those monthly
for the fun of it).

~9 days total, ~4 since I've seen it crash again.
