status of the 9pfs client

there's been a review sitting in phab for several months now to add 9pfs
client support to the kernel: https://reviews.freebsd.org/D41844

is there any chance we could get this merged?  is it waiting on
something in particular (like more testing)?

aside from being generally useful, 9pfs support would be really nice for
src development as it means you can boot a VM with 9pfs as its root
filesystem, removing the need to create disk images just to boot a
development VM.
