Kyle, could you please try my patch from:
https://github.com/openzfs/zfs/pull/16110 ?  I haven't seen hangs myself, but
had performance issues on SSDs not supporting cache flush.  If it won't help,
it would be nice to get `procstat -akk` output or equivalent full kernel stacks
dump (`show stacks`?) from kernel to see what exactly could cause the blockage.
