I've reproduced it on 12.4. I'm working on a patch now.

Happily, it should be even harder to hit in practice. Nothing in base appears
to use SEEK_HOLE/SEEK_DATA or FIOSEEKHOLE/FIOSEEKDATA, and coreutils 9.x
disables SEEK_HOLE/SEEK_DATA on FreeBSD <14 due to:
