Please apply this diff to your kernel and see if it resolves your problem. If
it does not resolve your problem please let me know the "Failed code" that it
prints. Note that you need to recompile libufs if you want it to apply to
filesystem utilities like fsck, dumpfs, etc. And you need to recompile libsa if
you want it to apply to your loader.
