In other project macOS was our main problem of hitting quota real quick.. turns out it was cheaper to buy local MacStudio. Blocking FreeBSD runners by GitHub / Microsoft puts us into a black hole because no automation is possible like Pull Request commits testing on FreeBSD, creating packages, images, etc. This is not Open-Source support but exploitation. External runners may be the solution but how to make it one hour and ready to go? Maybe a well documented port that is easy to use and setup? Maybe a dedicated installer image / category?
