I put this call out on the FreeBSD Forum and was made aware of this: https://bsd-hardware.info/ I am checking it out and it seems pretty comprehensive. I would be very interested in this group's thoughts on whether pushing more FreeBSD users to add a probe <https://bsd-hardware.info/?view=howto> would provide the requisite insight.
