What is an abuse of the definition of "deprecation"?

deprecation = "the discouragement of use"

It seems entirely appropriate here. `pkg audit` lists unfixed security bugs,
and the port maintainer has said they won't be fixed. Thus those ports should
be discouraged from being used.
