Quick update: I managed to fix that and I'm now at a point where some includes
break because of PATH issues. There are also some missing definitions, where
the code asks to define whether to run in RING0/RING1/RC or similar.

I hope to post everything I've got onto my Github repo, so anyone interested
can pick it up and continue where I've left. Due to other engagements, I
probably won't be able to look into this for a few weeks.
