It was just a suggestion to make some progress without having a perfect
solution. Upstream ended support for version 5 in 2020, so long term people
need to find a different solution. But I'm not opposed to keeping it if there
still are users. But it would also bei nice to have a supported version in
ports even if ist still biggy.
