I've prepared a section for the FDP Primer dealing with managing contributor
lists.  The "In Memoriam" section is part of the FreeBSD Developers list.

There is a procedure in there for notifying the community when a FreeBSD
developer (or any team member) passes away.

Once that is committed, I have a patch for putting Hans Petter Selasky into "In
Memoriam" ready to go.

Still waiting to hear about Mike Karels.
