https://bugs.freebsd.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=281573 Bug ID: 281573 Summary: pkg fetch seems to indicate you can't specify pkg-name if you use -o Product: Documentation Version: Latest Hardware: Any OS: Any Status: New Severity: Affects Many People Priority: --- Component: Manual Pages Assignee: bugs@FreeBSD.org Reporter: refodap835@cetnob.com CC: doc@FreeBSD.org In the synopsis of "pkg help fetch", on line two, you can see that you can't add a pkg-name if you use -o, you can only use -a, however, it does work with a pkg-name. It even tells you it is a valid option if you do a command with wrong syntax, like "pkg fetch -o ." Additionally, "pkg-name" isn't explained, though it might seem obvious, it should be explicitly said what it means when running "pkg help fetch" -- You are receiving this mail because: You are on the CC list for the bug.
