I just realized that vmrun_suspend() no longer exists in stable/14 and main. 
Nor do I see an immediately obvious way for bhyve(8) to exit with 100 so this
bug can probably be closed as 'reporter did not do due diligence'.  Lesson
learned, apologies all around.
