contrib/one-true-awk/awk.1 does have a brief description, arranged differently.

usr.bin/awk/awk.1 was imported from OpenBSD, maybe because it is in mdoc
format? I see that none of the later additions on the OpenBSD side, such as the
description of strftime(), have been imported, so a careful overall sync with
OpenBSD's awk.1 would make sense.
