Done.

misc/magic being a file, however, appears to be a FreeBSD thing to save space.
file-5.46 installs only the file misc/magic.mgc, and I did not spot a make or
configure option to generate misc/magic as a file by concatenating the Magdir/*
files (but maybe I missed it).
