That's not only https://cgit.freebsd.org/src/log/libexec/rc, but (since that
used to be under sbin/init until r339413 on October 17, 2018) some of
https://cgit.freebsd.org/src/log/sbin/init. (I couldn't find how to make cgit
show log entries earlier than that: I tried searching by range with
--until=2018-10-17 but that returned empty.)
