Thank you for your report and suggestions.

The usability issues of Bugzilla's default template set are well-known and we
are collecting issue reports to address in future template/theme revision.

This particular issue as reported is partially a consequence of particular
components being hidden in certain conditions (in this case: 'ports framework',
which has unfortunately just shifted issues elsewhere.

Note also, with respect to 'Versions' singular value at the moment, its likely
that for the Ports & Packages product, that there will exist a 'Quarterly'
version for people to report issues against in the future
