snp(4) patch

Document that:
 - snp(4) can only handle egress streams (ones that originate from the host)
 - The FIONREAD ioctl no longer returns special values,
   move them to the HISTORY section
 - Device disappearance, closure, or detachment will result
   in EIO or ENXIO from read(2) or write(2) calls
 - Flow control is not supported, under BUGS
