Testing with epiphany 47.2, which uses -6.0, the main issue I've been running
into has been WebKitNetworkProcess immediately crashing, preventing any further
meaningful use. Until this is figured out, all consumers will not work properly
even at a basic level.

Currently looking at where ProcessLauncherGLib goes wrong, especially how the
local patch merely preprocesses out pidSocketString, which is part of the IPC
code gated under OS(LINUX), just to make the build continue.
