Owner was someone who would commit to bringing updates to the group, even if not doing the development work. Especially useful for workstreams with multiple people involved. Great question; I kind of copied this over from the Enterprise Workgroup worksheet. My interpretation is - it's a list of contributors that are<= br> interested or actively working on it. I have updated the column label now to "contributor" to reflect that.

It only takes interest and time, so anyone who can/wants to contribute is free to put their name in; commit bit is not a requirement.
