This exp-run is not valid. Another will be requested later.

This and libxslt need to be run and committed separately, as (slightly) newer
libxslt can run with (slightly) older libxml2, but not necessarily the other
way around. Some failures stem from libxslt, and not necessarily libxml2,
changing things.

Also for the aforementioned lack of the LEGACY option enabled by default.
