File conflicts amongst other problems. Only one version per SONAME is meant to
be installed in the same environment at a time. You cannot just move certain
ports to the new port whilst keeping others on the existing one, especially
where dependencies are shared.

phab is updated with 2.46.3, but I haven't had a chance to runtime test
anything yet.
