No, 2.45 is a development release series for the upcoming 2.46, thus the latest
release series remains 2.44. This still follows GNOME's old even-odd
release-development versioning split.

Build tests are not the biggest issue, but rather runtime has gotten very dodgy
since 2.38, if it runs at all. Please keep testing and reporting runtime issues
if/when they come up.
