I just created review D43762 based from Olivier's 2.38.6 work, which we know
builds without much issue. I consolidated all three combinations into one port,
as the same exact codebase and build process cannot warrant more plus a
Uses/.mk to boot. I'd like to commit 2.38 as a stopgap to allow consumers to
adjust/correct their dependencies accordingly. We can keep this bug open to
continue working on 2.42.
