Yes, I also use this in headless environments and still don't run into this problem. You were told in bug 271433 in no uncertain terms that partial upgrades are= not supported. You need to keep the *entire* ports tree synced and consistent. Back to this port specifically, you still have not provided the meson-log.t= xt to allow any further diagnosis.
